Although relatively new to the IBAM community, I have been living in Montreal since the early 2000s. I came here as a temporary worker and ended up building a life and family in this city. Currently I am working as an IT professional in a bank. During my free time, which is rare these days, I like to spend time watching TV, gardening or doing small projects around the house.

I am a Ph.D. Candidate at Building Civil and Environmental Engineering (BCEE) Department in Concordia University, Montreal. Apart from holding the position of the Chair of the Graduate Students’ Association Council of Directors at Concordia University, I have been an active member among the Indian Bengali community in Montreal and also in IBAM as a Student Coordinator during May 2017 and April 2018.

I am a recent graduate in Software Engineering from Concordia University. IBAM gave me a home right after coming abroad by keeping me busy with its people and activities. Apart from programming, I am outdoorsy and nothing endears me more than a good "adda".

I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Economics in Concordia University. I joined Concordia in September 2019 as a doctoral student. Before joining Concordia, I completed both of my master’s and undergraduate in Economics from University of Calcutta, India. I have experience in working with NGO like Pratichi, India founded by Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen where I worked in the ground level surveys for the collection of raw data on the health sector in the district of Murshidabad in West Bengal, India

I am a 33 yrs old Techie by profession and a foodie at heart. Caught in a wrong job, after graduating as a Hotel professional. Since Jan 2019 I am happily living my Canadian dream.

Currently a Master's student at Concordia University. He is been living here in Montreal for 2 years and associated with this organisation since then. In short, he is a MUSIC ADDICTED-FOODIE, who loves to TRAVEL and tries to CAPTURE the beauty of the nature.

I am a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the industrial consultancy, Presently I am pursuing my doctoral degree in Concordia University, Montreal. In the cultural front I have been an amature theatre worker and cultural activist in the domain of editing and publication.

I am a PhD student at Concordia University, Department of Civil Engineering (joined May, 2019). I was born and brought up in Kolkata and obtained my Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2014. After that, I joined IIT Roorkee for my Master's Degree and graduated in 2016. Cricket and football have been my hobbies since childhood and I have represented my school and college teams in various tournaments. Old Bengali and Hindi films and songs are of interest to me. I write stories and poems occasionally in Bengali and English.
