Sunday Suspense

Abhishek came to Canada a decade ago from Kolkata, India. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from University of Calcutta and later moved to Calgary, AB. He obtained his PhD on aspects of “Mechanisms of Abnormal Growth in Cancer” in 2015 and later completed a brief stint of his research at McGill University. By this time, Abhishek has identified “communications” as his major strength coupled with “Marketing and Finance”, leading him to begin his MBA from John Molson School of Business, Concordia University this year.

Abhishek believes in taking risks and likes to delve deep into any subject and quickly master it. He teaches Biology/Management in Canadian and Indian Institutions across diverse classrooms and participates innumerable local and national seminars. Some of his hobbies are “adda”, eating, acting and history of Bengal - to go back to his roots.

Abhishek touched upon a vital aspect of the society that we all are familiar with but often ignorant. After a brief interactive session, Abhishek will narrate a real incident entitled “Sunday Suspense”. He has urged everyone to pay close attention to details. Abhishek will be happy to email the important information on the topic to IBAM after his presentation.
